The Structure of Double Splice Tapes.
It is composed of two colored sticking tapes and wide base paper with positioning holes, which are pressed on
the edges of both sides.
Operation Steps of Double Splice Tapes.
1. On the SMT element, cut flush along the center of the hole.
2. Remove the covered base paper.
3. Position the SMT element with sealing sleeve at the raised position of the dot, press and bond it on the film.
4. Fold it in half along the center of the substrate. After bonding the other side of the element tape, remove the
substrate and press the Upper and lower films, and the element tape will be connected.
