1. How to find out products?
You can find our products in PRODUCTS and SMT REPLACEMENT. If you want to know more about our services, please click SMT SERVICE.
You can send your inquiry list through our Inquiry page or contact with our sales team at sales01@daftonsmt.com.


2. What are your prices?
Our prices are subjected to change depending on your quantity, exchange rate and other market factors. Our quotation usually valid in one month. Please contact with us for the updated price if exceeding one month.

3. How long may I get feedback from Dafton SMT?
This is our working time:
Monday-Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:30am to 4:00pm 
If you send inquiry on weekdays, usually we can reply to you in 2 hours.
If you send inquiry on weekend, we usually reply to you on Monday morning.


4. What is your shipment methods?
We can send goods by international express (DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, etc.), air cargo, ocean. It depends on your choice and the weight.
Our standard method is international express, which is fast and cheap.
 

5. What is your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms is full payment by TT. Other terms need to be negotiated.
 

6. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T, PayPal and Western Union, etc.
 

7. How long is the warranty?
We will check the parts and test (for used parts) before shipment to guarantee they will work well when you use. There are different warranty period for different parts.Please contact with us for it.
 

8. What is your packing?
Small parts will be packed by foam and carton.
Big parts and equipment will be packed by foam,carton and wooden case.
 

9. What is the lead time?
The lead time for common parts and machines is 2-5 working days.
For non-standard parts, such as special nozzle, please contact with us.
 

10. What is the delivery time?
It usually takes 3-5 working days to deliver by air cargo and international express and takes 25-30 days by ocean.
 

11. What to do if I get a wrong items?
Please contact our sales to get the best solution.
 

12. If the parts is not working when receiving?
We usually do professional testing before shipment, there are many factors caused the parts not working. Please contact our sales to get the best solution.
 

13. There is a error with the parts during warranty period.
Please contact with the sales and share details (description, clear photos, error information, etc.). We will provide the best solution to you after discussing with our technical team.
 

14. There is no answer you want.
